That being said, Baba Yaga is a notable enough figure that it seems developers love including her, and when you bring in a figure like that, you need someone to act as their herald. ![]() There doesn’t seem to be a lot more in what exactly they are or do, just that they are tied to those times of the day that they are named for. They simply travel past the young girl, and she asks Baba Yaga of them later, learning their titles: Bright Day, Red Sun and Black Night. The primary appearance they’re noted for is in the story of Vasilisa the Beautiful, but their part in the story is pretty minor. Baba Yaga’s three riders are one of the side points in her mythology.
